Hayley orrantia is a native of America. Her main focus is actor, however she is also an acrobat and songwriter. Many people recognize her as Erica Goldberg in the comedy TV series 'The Goldbergs'. She considers herself to be an artist first and foremost. She says that music has always been her first passion. She began training in music professionally when she was 12. In 2013, she picked up songwriting and recorded her debut album. It hasn't turned to the past ever since. Orrantia was raised in the USA but has Hispanic heritage. She is proud of the existence of Hispanic roots even though she was raised using English only and never lived in Mexico. She endeavours to preserve it by learning to speak Spanish and writing songs in the language. "Hasta Verte," a track that she wrote in Spanish is a good example. Orrantia was a contestant on The X Factor during its first season, in summer 2011. Orrantia received 4 "yeses" by the judges at the Seattle live audition stage following having been selected from her YouTube video submission. She initially auditioned in the show "Hollywood Week" as a single artist. However, three female singers along with her were brought together for auditions of other music. The group was eliminated at end of the fifth show.
