Hayley Orrantia (born in the year 1996) is an American performer, actress and music producer. People are familiar with her because of her role in the role of Erica Goldberg on the popular comedy television series "The Goldbergs.' However, she's primarily a music lover. She maintains that music is her first passion. She is experimenting in since the age of nine years old. By the time she turned 12 years old, music was serious enough for her to pursue a career in music. At 13, she began making music. The first time she recorded an album at 14 years old. It hasn't turned back ever since. Orrantia is a native American with Hispanic origins. Although she spoke only English throughout her childhood and never visited Mexico Orrantia feels extremely proud of her Hispanic background. To keep the tradition, she's studied Spanish and created songs that are in Spanish. The most famous of these songs is 'Hasta Verte,' which she recorded in Spanish. The summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the first season of The X Factor. The Orrantia's YouTube video was picked and she received four "yeses" which is a vote, from the judges at The Seattle audition. Though she initially auditioned as a solo artist, in "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three other female vocalists were placed into an ensemble for the remainder of the auditions. They were eliminated from the show in the fifth live week.
