Kylie Minogue has a long and prominent career as an Australian singer, songwriter, and actress. When she was a child Kylie was first appearing on Australian television shows such as Skyways The Sullivans The Henderson Kids and Neighbours. It was Neighbours which helped her achieve recognition within the UK. Soon after, a recording company in England gave her the opportunity to shine. Kylie Minogue is an English singer with a string of hits over the past few years. Her involvement in films is extensive as well. She is famous for her famous concerts, and is an iconic fashion model across all over the world. Her fans and the media are constantly comparing Kylie to Madonna because of their similarities in energy. Kylie's nickname is Princess of Pop. Madonna, however is known as the Queen of Pop. Her personal life was not without its challenges. She suffered breast cancer which she battled but was victorious. Her goal was to share her experience through breast cancer, in order to motivate and support others who are battling cancer.
